Born in the rolling hills and high mountains of rural West Virgnia reading and writing are life=long passion for author J. L Miller. It was her mother, and grandmother combined who inspired her love of reading in general. But it was her mother Regina, partly through her life-love of the tv series Star Trek who inspired the author's love of science fiction. meanwhile, caring teachers encouraged her to pursue writing as a career.
